My experience with Belmar Roofing was fantastic from start to finish. I required a bathroom fan to be vented to the outside as I had water damage from all the moisture going into the attic. I explained the situation and they knew immediately what the issue was and explained what needed to be done. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate as it kept snowing and they couldn’t work on the issue until it was safe for their staff. I love working with a company that understands safety is #1! The communication during this time with Bob was excellent! Finally the day came to fix it and communication was solid from start to finish. CJ arrived to fix the issue and he completely exceeded my expectations concerning his knowledge, repairing the issue and explaining the work completed, his customer service skills is by far superior! The finished job is well done right down to the small details. I would definitely recommend Belmar, you will not be disappointed!

I had a very positive experience with Belmar roofing for a roof replacement of a 15yo home. I researched about a dozen companies before choosing Belmar, seemed midrange on price and experienced. Bob the estimator was very knowledgable and responsive. They are a manufacturer certified installer which is important for warrenties should you need them. Only had the roof install last week so can't speak towards craftsmanship other than the it looks good. Shingles are pretty straight from what I can see compared to some of the other houses in the neighbourhood.
My only issue was cleanup. The original crew seemed to leave quite a bit of debris on the roof and even after rolling around a magnetic rake there were still dozens of nails in my driveway. This was a two day job and the cleanup on both days felt rushed. As a homeowner, next time I would insist the crew take more care. I would recommend you sweep for nails yourself, no use getting a flat tire on top of the roof cost. Talked to Bob about it and they sent out a service crew the next day. The service crew Habib was spectacular, completely made up for the messiness the day before. Overall good experience and will update in a few years to see how the roof has held up.

We picked Belmar roofing to redo our roof as it was getting quite old. We were very pleased with everything from service to quality. Having a newborn at home, I was very happy that their hours worked were reasonable. They were very respectful while here and left our property clean. We know that our roof was done right and leaks won't be coming our way. We would recommend them and would use them again.

I had roof tiles lifted and some missing after high winds. My house roof is two years old. The repair was made by Mr. Habib Ali and an assistant. The repair work was done swiftly and skillfully. Mr. Ali was very polite and helpful showing me photos of each repair on completion. Some wind damage was done of which I was not aware this was also fixed. After comparing Belmar with other companies in the Kitchener-Waterloo area, my two neighbours and myself decided to go with Belmar and we couldn't be more pleased. Belmar's quote was not the most inexpensive, but this company has been around so their warranty actually means something. The crew that installed the new roof worked really hard and were very nice to deal with. Even Kathy from the office was extremely nice. We highly recommend them. The team at Belmar are fantastic, Nick - the estimator was super easy to get in touch with and answered all my questions and was available for more follow up questions when the rest of the neighbours wanted in on a good deal (10 houses on my street). The roofing crew worked lightning fast and provided quality work. The cleanup crew had the the bin removal and site cleaned up after completion of the roof on the same day. After explaining the planned work in detail once he assessed the roof, he went a step further to have additional members of his team take a second look to decide what the best strategy would be for longevity, being that it is an old building with a flat roof (focusing on the best solution and not trying to up-sell on work we didn't require).
The attention to detail and dedication to quality was apparent from start to finish. 5 stars all around!

I really appreciate Belmar Roofing Inc. My house is located in Cambridge. It’s roof singles needed to be changed. Among the four companies that I asked for a quote, Belmar Roofing Inc. was the first one that gave me the quote. I went to the company’s office in Cambridge twice to ask questions and choose the color of the singles that were going to be put on the roof of my house, and the person named Dave was very nice and answered all my questions patiently. Finally, the job was done fast and wonderfully: my tenants who live in that house told me that they were not bothered at all and the garbage was cleaned right after the work was finished. As a result, I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs to change his or her roof’s singles. Belmar Roofing Inc. is a well-known company, and what it does matches its reputation.

These folks were awesome! Quick , easy and done right. The crew worked really hard completing the task in just under 2 days. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive right in the middle and a fair price. Habib was awesome running out first thing in the morning to ensure all the soffits were properly sealed and was kind enough to point out a few issues with a window. I would recommend these folks if you are in need of a roof.

I have small children at home and they worked around us coming to going from the house. They spent a great deal of time cleaning up any debris and collecting all the stray nails. Belmar Roofing exceeded our expectations. They came in on time with the price they quoted. The roof they replaced for us was flat and we realized that a flat roof was not a common replacement for a single-story residential house. So we did extensive research before selecting Belmar. As a former Quality Assurance Manager I viewed their service through that critical lens. From the starting quote to the finishing cleanup we got nothing but quality professional service. I was off work and present at home during the two days that the flat roof was replaced. Theory is one thing but implementation is what counts. The two roofers that did the work were very professional and the lead Pedro answered all of my questions as the work proceeded. Everything went well. Pedro even added an extra vent that had previously been roofed over. We would highly recommend Belmar Roofing in general for flat roofs and the field team headed by Pedro in particular. Overall they did provide the quality service that they claimed we could trust.

Great job, great service and wonderful workers. Their workmanship was great and they stood/stand behind their work and were willing to go one step beyond their duties. They were respectful, courteous and very professional at all times and made us feel like we really mattered to them. Never were we just 'another customer'. They thoroughly cleaned up and made sure all was impecable. I have recommended them to a friend and they also give them a 5 star rating since they too were extremely happy. Had a bunch of shingles blow off yesterday. Dug up the previous owners papers and saw it was done by Belmar. They came out within an hour of calling and fixed it up along with a bunch of other little repairs. No charge. Great guys, great company.

Received a quote from Dave which was very reasonable and had the roof shingles replaced within a week and half from our request. Turns out the day day we had it done was the hottest day of the year 41 degrees with humidex. Not only did the guys work their tales off they even supplied more guys to help and ensure the job was done in one day. The crew was very pleasant especially with all the heat and took time to explain things to me. They did an excellent job and could not be happier also for the crew that came and cleaned out the eaves and asked if there were any concerns I had. I would highly recommend this company from the onset of Dave who explained everything to us to the crew that performed the job.

Just had our roof re-done through Belmar Roofing. The scheduled date for the install was the Monday following the windstorm. I had expected to see that it would be rescheduled - to the contrary they still arrived the first thing Monday morning. Over the following three days the roofing team worked away, doing a fantastic job. We had a couple of requests (specifically an extra vent on the sun facing side of the roof) which they happily agreed to. We are very happy with the worksmanship but also the materials they had recommended (timberline HD's etc). Lastly, the price was extremely competitive (we had five estimates from roofers in the area). Would definitely recommend!

In 2013 I had Belmar roofing do my roof and I was very happy with the results. More than 6 years later when I had a small drip Belmar roofing was back quickly and was able to correct the issue with the first visit. The installer Habeeb did a great job explaining what had happened and how he corrected it and the next morning when it was raining, he called me back to check to make sure the repair corrected the issues. I was very happy with my first experiences with Belmar and even happier 6 years later.

I had my roof replacement during a heatwave in July of 2018. Not only did the Belmar team work through the blistering heat to complete the job, they did some extra courtesy work! They noticed that one of my eavestrough was clogged so they removed debris from it as well as reattaching a piece of siding thar had come loose during a storm. Belmar completed our new shingle application three years ago. They did a great job during adverse conditions. This past week I found one of my roof vents on my driveway. It appears to have been chewed by a squirrel. I called on Sunday afternoon to their after hours number and had my called returned by Habib 15 minutes later. After sending him the picture of the roof he told me 'I can't leave that until tomorrow' and proceeded to come to my home for a temporary fix. He returned the next morning with two new roof vents and completed the repairs. Unbelievable service!! Thanks to Belmar for having such a great person on your team!! Thanks again Habib!!

Howard and David did an excellent job fixing a leak in our roof around our skylight. They replaced the original chip wood with plywood and properly connected the venting system from our upstairs washroom to prevent future issues with the roofs integrity due to build up of steam and moisture in the attic.
